With over 25 years of Real Estate Sales and Management experience, Billy Ware brings a strong work ethic with his services at Ware Properties, LLC. A former college football player and coach, Billy believes strongly that product knowledge and a "team" approach will ensure immediate success for all his clients. After ten years of sales and management at Keowee Key Realty, Ware Properties, LLC became a realty in November of 1997 specializing exclusively in lakefront properties.

The trust relationship Billy has developed with his clients over the past 25 years is taken very seriously in his organization and he assures every client that integrity, loyalty, honesty and an aggressive work ethic will ensure their success.

The Ware Family

Family has always been special for Billy and Claudia Ware. Proud parents of twin girls Stephanie (34) and Claudia (34) and son Sanford (32) there’s constantly an effort made to bring all members of the family together for holidays, special occasions and even weekends. Now that all children are married (Stephanie & Keith Romano; Claudia and Tripp Welch; Sanford and Heather Ware), Billy and Claudia create multiple opportunities to congregate everyone whether it’s a beach trip, a shrimp boil or an oyster roast. Claudia wants her children with her especially now that (you see in the picture) they have two precious grandchildren, Spires and Lightsey Welch. Hopefully, by the year 2008, the Ware family will be enjoying their new home on Lake Keowee in Keowee Subdivision.

With family being such a strong part of Billy’s life, he wants to be a part of helping his customers and clients find that perfect little corner of Heaven where all family members can come enjoy and call home on beautiful Lake Keowee.
